333 Grand is an iconic 18-story residential apartment building in the Liberty Harbor area of Jersey City, New Jersey. Simpson Plastering, led by Richard Riley, teamed with developer Peter Mocco to create the iconic facade using Sto's continuous insulation system, decorative EPS shapes, and Thermocromex limestone plaster.

 

333 Grand was highlighted in an article by the EIFS Industry Members Association. Simpson installed a StoTherm ci wall system with Sto Limestone and StoCreative Brick specialty finishes over EIFS. As the article states, 333 Grand is a signature tribute to EIFS.
